Seeking to satisfied the new requirements of the consumers, we are in the stage of innovation and adaptation of the products and subproducts.

Our social commitment starts from sustainable fisheries, as we are regulated by the appropiate authorities and we know that the economy of the population depends of the marine species.  We belong to the Vizcaino Biosphere Reserve, which strengthens our commintment to the environment.

We have MSC certification (Certified Sustainable Seafood) and the plan is being implemented HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical).  All this to remain a part of globalization and be competitive for both domestic and foreign producers.
