Management measures: NOM-003-PESC-1993 (D.O.F. 31/12/93). Provides, inter alia, minimum size of catch for pilchard (150 mm standard length LP), thread herring (160 mm SL), anchovy (100 MMLP) merely permits the entry of new fishing sailing north of latitude 20 degrees N . fishery exists for this Fishery Management Plan.
